Wolfstock 2026

Celebrate the end of summer vacation with the 3rd annual “Wolfstock” get-together (formerly known as NFW40)! Bring your kids, bring your dogs, and bring your excitement for a weekend of good food, cold river water, hot saunas, and lots of belly laughs by the fire.

In years prior, we had special musical guests, tons of fun activities, and a camp for the kiddos so the grownups could let loose – this year you can expect more of the same.

Space is limited! If you know you want to come, or there’s a specific cabin you want, now is the time to book!

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

This 3-night, 4-day package from Thursday, August 6th to Sunday August 9th includes:

– Three nights lodging at Beyul
– Brunches and dinners (Gourmet fare using seasonal, local, organic ingredients)
– Saturday kids camp (including snack and PB+J lunch)
– All activities (ex: yoga, musical guests, etc)

ACCOMMODATIONS:

Beyul’s lodging is a collection of historic, hand-built, and eclectic cabins and lodges. Rooms and beds in the same tier will vary in size and layout, but all are charming spaces.

Your accommodations will be assigned based on what Char/Nick told you when they sent you this link. Depending on the cabin or lodge room you may be sharing a bathroom or living room space. If you have a specific lodging request, please contact Char directly after registering.

Note: Book 1 package per person in your group. For example, if you are single, book 1 package. If you are a family of 4, book 2 cabin/private and 2 child packages. Children ages 0-2 are free.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

– Children ages 0-2 are free. Children ages 3-9 should be registered with the “Child” tier. If you are bringing a 0-2 kiddo, please let Char know!
– Alcohol can be purchased from Beyul’s Bodega
– While brunch and dinner are included, if you (or your kiddos) need additional snacks throughout the day, you are encouraged to bring them. The Bodega has some snacks you can grab in a pinch as well.

Beyul Retreat is 32 pristine acres surrounded by National Forest, with 1700 feet of Frying Pan river frontage, as well as a lush network of ponds, creeks, and waterfalls among the trails on the property. Hike straight onto National Forest without getting in your car, and nearby you’ll find seasonal adventures like rock climbing, horseback riding, & stand-up paddleboarding.

Amenities at Beyul include the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, river access, hiking trails, yoga classes and more!

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted without charges as long as you cancel before February 6th, 2026. If you cancel between February 6th, 2026 and May 6th, 2026, you will receive a 50% refund less processing fees. Cancellations made after May 6th, 2026 are non-refundable and you will be charged for your full reservation. If refund is due in case of cancellation, funds will be returned less processing fees within 1 month of cancellation.

We recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss, and emergency travel medical.  Please review policies carefully to choose the range you need.
