Take a weekend for yourself before the holiday season begins. Our fall retreat at Beyul is designed to help you reset – an opportunity to ground yourself through movement, nature and community. This retreat is all about slowing down, enjoying clean, local, delicious food, moving and nurturing your body and experiencing the serenity of the mountains. Choose a full weekend experience or join us for a day (link here) – either way, you’ll return home nourished, recharged and refreshed.
Whether you decide to stay for weekend or just a day, our Fall Reset includes:
- Multiple daily pilates classes (energizing + restorative)
- Gourmet farm to table meals to fuel & cleanse
- Access to Beyul’s amenities including hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, fire pit, miles of trails and more
- A spiritual Sound Journey with healing touch therapy

This 3-day, 2-night package from Friday November 14 to Sunday November 16 includes:
- Full program tuition – 4 pilates classes, sound journey, fire ceremony + fire cider workshop
- 2 nights at Beyul
- All meals, including Friday dinner, breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday, and breakfast Sunday morning. Gourmet dining highlights seasonal, local, and organic ingredients.

Beyul lodging is a collection of historic, hand-built, and eclectic cabins and lodges. Rooms & beds in the same tier will vary in size and layout, but all are charming spaces.
Beyul Retreat is 32 pristine acres surrounded by National Forest, with 1700 feet of Frying Pan river frontage, as well as a lush network of ponds, creeks, and waterfalls among the trails on the property. Hike straight onto National Forest without getting in your car, and nearby you’ll find seasonal adventures like rock climbing, horseback riding, & stand-up paddleboarding.
Amenities at Beyul include the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, river access, hiking trails, and more!
