That’s right, snowga. Snow-Yoga. What us burly mountain folk do when the Colorado sunshine is shining bright.

But honestly, it’s not that burly. In our experience, you’ll start peeling your puffy off after we get movin’ and we we will practice in indoor space as well!

Rest and relax in your own cabin or cozy lodge room. Recharge in the hot tub and sauna. Boost your immune system in the cold plunge and invoke your heat within through yoga, breath-work, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and ice skating.
