LVDY Community Winter Retreat

Join LVDY and special guest Emily Scott Robinson for a relaxing, rejuvenating, and uplifting long weekend at Beyul. We had such a beautiful time together last year that we needed to do it again – and add another day! We invite you into the winter wonderland at Beyul, surrounded with our heart-centered music and community. Take walks, soak in the hot tub, chill in the cold plunge, sing songs with us, dive into your creative spirit, and reconnect with nature as we reflect on 2023 & take the first steps towards welcoming in 2024. We hope this weekend grounds and inspires you, while taking space to listen for and express your heart’s song.
Included in Ticket:
This 4-day, 3-night package from Thursday, December 7th to Sunday, December 10th, 2023 includes:
- Full program tuition including ticket fee and venue fee
- Three nights at Beyul
Our lodging is a collection of historic, hand-built, and eclectic cabins and lodges. Rooms & beds in the same tier will vary in size and layout, but all are charming spaces.
What is not included is your transportation to and from the retreat venue and your food during the retreat

- Shared Accommodations Package ($625)
- This will be a shared room with 2-3 people. It may be a twin or a queen-sized bed. Please note: no animals are allowed, as you will be sharing communal space and the bathroom.
- Private Room with a Shared Bath Package ($1,080)
- This will be your own private room; It may be a twin or a queen-sized bed, and your bathroom will be shared. Please note: no animals are allowed, as you will be sharing communal space and the bathroom.
- $1230 for 2 people
- Private Room with an Ensuite Bath Package ($1,230)
- This will be your own private room, with a Queen bed and an attached bathroom. Please note this may be inside a shared cabin. Please note: no animals are allowed, as you will be sharing communal space and the bathroom.
- $1,380 for 2 people
- Private Cabin Package ($1,395)
- This will be your own private cabin and bathroom. Dogs are allowed in this option for $50/night
- $1,545 for 2 people
- Private Cabin with Kitchenette Package ($1500)
- This will be your own private cabin and bathroom. Dogs are allowed in this option for $50/night

Beyul Retreat is 32 pristine acres surrounded by the White River National Forest, with 1700 feet of Frying Pan river frontage and a lush network of ponds, creeks, and waterfalls among the trails on the property. Hike straight onto the National Forest without getting in your car, and nearby, you’ll find seasonal adventures like rock climbing, horseback riding, & stand-up paddleboarding.
Amenities at Beyul include the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, river access, hiking trails, yoga classes, and more!
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least one month prior to your scheduled arrival date (January 8th, 2024) to receive a refund. If you cancel less than four weeks before your arrival date, you will be charged for the full reservation amount. It’s important to note that all reservations include a non-refundable deposit of $150.
We HIGHLY recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss, and emergency travel medical. Please review policies carefully to choose the range you need.
FAQ:
-Where will I cook my meals?
Many of the cabins have kitchen or kitchenettes and there is also a communal kitchen in the main lodge. We will gather on the final evening for a pot luck dinner.
-Do I need 4WD?
Yes, we’d recommend renting or bringing a vehicle with 4WD/ AWD and snow tires. There is only one road to get to Beyul, which is plowed daily.
