Join LVDY for a relaxing, rejuvenating, and uplifting long weekend at Beyul. We had such a beautiful time together the last two years that we needed to do it again! We invite you into the winter wonderland at Beyul, surrounded with our heart-centered music and community. Take walks, soak in the hot tub, chill in the cold plunge, sing songs with us, dive into your creative spirit, and reconnect with nature as we reflect on 2024 & take the first steps towards welcoming in 2025. We hope this weekend grounds and inspires you, while taking space to listen for and express your heart’s song.
Included in Ticket:
This 4-day, 3-night package from Thursday, December 5th to Sunday, December 8th, 2024 includes:
- Full program tuition including ticket fee and venue fee
- Three nights at Beyul
Beyul lodging is a collection of historic, hand-built, and eclectic cabins and lodges. Rooms & beds in the same tier will vary in size and layout, but all are charming spaces.
What is not included is your transportation to and from the retreat venue and your food during the retreat.
- Cooking: Bring your groceries! Many of the cabins have kitchen or kitchenettes and there is also a communal kitchen in the main lodge. We will gather on the final evening for a pot luck dinner.
- Transportation: We highly recommend renting or bringing a vehicle with 4WD/ AWD and snow tires. There is only one road to get to Beyul, which is plowed daily.

Beyul Retreat is 32 pristine acres surrounded by the White River National Forest, with 1700 feet of Frying Pan river frontage and a lush network of ponds, creeks, and waterfalls among the trails on the property.
Amenities at Beyul include the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, river access, cross country trails, yoga classes, and more!
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least one month prior to your scheduled arrival date (November 5th, 2024) to receive a refund. If you cancel less than four weeks before your arrival date, you will be charged for the full reservation amount. Please note that all reservations include a non-refundable deposit of $150. If refund is due in case of cancellation, funds will be returned less processing fees within 1 month of cancellation.
We highly recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance as refunds will not be give due to weather or travel delays. Travel insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss, and emergency travel medical. Please review policies carefully to choose the range you need.
