BrewBox Wedding Retreat: A love-fest journey through space & time

We are excited to welcome you to our love fest journey through space and time!! Our special 4-day, 3-night wedding retreat celebration!! Be prepared for farm-to-table food, music, yoga, nature hikes, paddle boarding, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, and lots of hilarity!
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
– All lodging and dining (outside of provided wedding meals) for 4 days, 3-night from Thursday, May 27th, 2027 to Sunday, May 30th, 2027. What you’re eating and where you’re staying is all handled in one place. YAY!
Price per person: $672 (please book one package per person)
IMPORTANT: Sorry, no plus ones or children. Space is incredibly limited. And children over 2 years old are considered part of the guest count and also require the full fee.
To make room for all of our closest friends and family, each room must accommodate at least two people. We’ll do our best to pair you with people you know and love! Of course, if you’re invited together, you will be placed together. You will also have the option to provide any dietary preferences to the venue.
Please note that your RSVP is not considered complete until this booking step is finished. We kindly request that you respond promptly (Before Aug 31st 2026). If you find that you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can extend the invitation to others.
Beyul lodging is a collection of historic, hand-built, and eclectic cabins and lodges. Rooms & beds vary in size and layout, but all are charming spaces. Amenities at Beyul include the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, river access, hiking trails, and more!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations will be accepted without charges as long as you cancel 4 months in advance of your arrival date (January 27th, 2027). If you cancel less than 4 months before your arrival date, you will be charged for your full reservation.
We recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss, and emergency travel medical. Please review policies carefully to choose the range you need.
